We offer a variety of delivery options, including free delivery for orders over €350 excluding VAT in mainland France, as well as services via Mondial Relay, Chronopost or DHL.

2. You will receive a message confirming your order.
3. Then, we prepare your order and deliver it to the carrier of your choice.
4. Your order arrives at your home, or at the relay point, depending on the mode of transport.

Do I need to create an account to purchase?

No, you don't have to. All you have to do is log in as a guest when placing your order.

How do I buy an item?
  • Consult the product sheet

Clicking on the product name takes you to a product description page. You'll find a photo, a description, a size chart and delivery times.

Click on the link or the Order button, and the item of your choice will be added to your shopping basket. This contains the products you are planning to buy. You can access your shopping cart at any time (by clicking on the shopping cart button) and modify its contents by adding or deleting an item.

  • Confirm your order

Display your basket and click on Validate your order. Unless you are already registered on the site, please enter your name, e-mail, billing and delivery addresses. Then choose a delivery method (post, parcel relay or carrier) and check the cost. Then select the method of payment, by credit card or Paypal, indicate which one you have and validate. You'll be redirected to a secure area where you'll be asked to enter your card details: the 16-digit number, the validity date and the last three digits of the control number, or CVV2 (found on the back of the card, on the strip on which you've signed). We offer : Secure solutions such as Paypal are also an alternative to credit cards. You are not required to have a Paypal account to pay for your purchases.

  • Receive confirmation

Order validation is usually almost instantaneous. Within a few minutes of validation, a confirmation e-mail summarizing the order will be sent to you.

  • Monitor transport

Most shipments are made by carrier. We will then provide you with a tracking number and a link to find out where your parcel is. Or we offer you the possibility of collecting your parcel yourself from a collection point (a Mondial network store, for example) close to your home.

I've forgotten my password, what do I do?

If you've lost your password, you can easily retrieve it by clicking on the Forgotten your password link on the login page. Enter your e-mail address.

Your password will be instantly sent to your contact email address. This is the address you entered when registering.

I've forgotten my login. What should I do?

Simply click on the " Log in " link at the top right-hand corner of the site. This will take you to the login page. All you have to do is click on " Forgot password".

Enter the email address associated with your account and you will receive an email containing the requested information.

How much does delivery cost?

Rates are based on weight. It includes packaging, handling and shipping costs. Shipment in plastic packaging.

How soon will I receive my items?

Shipment times from receipt of payment are 24 hours for products in stock, plus carrier delivery times.

  • 5 to 7 days on average for Europe
  • 7 to 10 days for international deliveries.
